⬅️ بعد ان وافقت حماس على إطلاق سراح 6 اسرى اسرائيليين يوم السبت القادم في دفعة واحدة ووافقت أيضا على إعادة 8 جثث 4 منها الخميس القادم و 4 الأسبوع القادم تكون بذلك أوصلتنا إلى الانتهاء من المرحلة الأولى.
⬅️ وبناء على ذلك ستسمح إسرائيل بادخال معدات هندسية وكمية محدودة من الكرفانات.
🔴 لكن الشيء الملفت أيضا هو أنه :
⬅️ ستبدأ إسرائيل المفاوضات على المرحلة "ب" بإدارة رون ديرمر ومن المتوقع أن تكون المفاوضات معقدة لأنها ستتضمن الاتفاق على انتهاء الحرب على غزة بعدة شروط :
⬅️ أن تبتعد حماس عن حكم غزة.
⬅️ أن لا تحل السلطة مكان حماس.
⬅️ أن تدار غزة بلجنة إدارية بإشراف مصري أوروبي.
⬅️ أن تكون غزة منزوعة السلاح.
🔴 إذا رفضت حماس هذه الشروط الاسرائيلية ستعود اسرائيل إلى الحرب بأكثر قوة مما مضى وستكون بدعم أمريكي كامل.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
