Потребовала уволить Гутову прокуратура: чиновница подтянула в палату свою племянницу, но не уведомила кадровую комиссию о возможном конфликте интересов.
На протяжении всей жизни чиновница оберегала область и город от коррупционеров. Гутова работала в областном Контрольном управлении, потом руководила управлением муниципальных закупок Челябинска. Наконец, венец карьеры - в октябре 2020 года возглавила Контрольно-счетную палату.
Положив жизнь на служение городу, чиновница, видимо, захотела порадеть и родственникам. Ну хотя бы племяшку на работу устроить. Не срослось.
