Власти Тюменской области объявили тендер на корректировку территориальной схемы обращения с отходами - документа, в котором содержатся данные о всех, скажем так, мусорных аспектах (сбор, переработка, утилизация, размещение полигонов и т.д). Начальная цена аукциона - 5 млн рублей.
Это, конечно, не единственные траты на организацию обращения с отходами. Так, в 2017 году на актуализацию терсхемы ушло 15,7 млн рублей.
А годом позже 4,8 млн рублей потратили на выполнение работ по проведению инструментальных измерений и определению нормативов накопления ТКО на территории Тюменской области и внесение этих данных в терсхему.
