В прошлом году мы приняли упрощенную версию закона. Несмотря на это, даже несколько десятков самых богатых и крупных НПО, получающих внешнее финансирование, не прошли регистрацию в реестре. Поэтому вместо него мы получим новый американский закон, прямую копию его нынешней версии, и обеспечим его полную реализацию», — рассказал он.
В США закон FARA был принят в 1938 году. "Американская" версия предусматривает статус иноагента в том числе и для физических лиц, получавших иностранное финансирование.
