Текст обращения медицинских работников БГКБ (Благовещенская городская клиническая больница) к Губернатору Амурской области еще раз показывает, что все описанные проблемы в сфере здравоохранения имеют место быть.
С другой стороны наличие такого обращения именно к Губернатору демонстрирует то, что работники сферы здравоохранения все таки верят в главу региона и лично мне хотелось бы надеяться, что верят не напрасно.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
