👀Уже видно результат, но я поделюсь в целом за неделю через пару дней, чтобы была полная картина)
⚡️Из ощущений в целом стало больше энергии в течение дня, что то сделать/куда то сходить уже не кажется таким неохотным)
☝️🏃Записался 7 мая на забег, вроде там всего 4км, Барселона дышит бегом от Эль Корте Инглес) 4км я и так уже бегаю) должен смочь, потом расскажу как пройдет
🥲Еще сломался макбук, не включается и не реагирует на зарядку, попробовал все комбинации клавиш который знал iddqd, noclip, motherlode, даже раскрыл его с умным видом отключил шлейф от батарейки и заново подключил, с виду горелым не пахнет) не знаю что с ним случилось, просто пару дней стоял забытый на выходных на зарядке, возможно расстроился что я больше времени уделяю айпаду из этого поста
