Перекус обычно очень похож на завтрак.
Но и, кстати, это то, за что мне нравится завтрак без каш:)
Ибо то, что приготовишь утром (будь-то панкейки, вафли, нутовый омлет и тд) переходит на дневной перекус. Удобно.

Завтрак:
- панкейки с маком и с урбечем
- клубника
- перец рамиро

Обед:
- киноа
- хлеб во ВВ взяла называется «спортхлеб»
- авокадо
- фалафель (беру во ВВ)

Перекус (моя и Тёмина тарелка):
- панкейки с завтрака
- запечённый нут (на озон есть: https://www.ozon.ru/product/ekovida-nut-dvoynogo-zapekaniya-2-shtuki-po-100-gr-646615522)
- голубика (не стал). Съел мою грушу
- авокадо
