4 февраля в Красноярске будет следующее заседание апелляционного рассмотрения по делу Ольги Узловской.
Первый суд присудил уголовный срок 3,6 лет условно, вступление решения в силу - это в том числе риск повторного отобрания ребёнка и выхода в суд с иском об ограничении, сценарий не обязательный, но вполне возможный и уже педалировался в местных СМИ. Пытаемся обжаловать, хотя во второй инстанции шансы и не велики.
Полёт в Красноярск московского уголовного адвоката и оплата его услуг - 71.000 руб. Половина суммы есть.
