Сегодня решение об этом было принято на заседании Правительства.
В случае регистрации административного правонарушения предусмотрен штраф в размере 5000 драмов, а если автомобиль из-за этого попал в ДТП, то штраф будет в размере 20 000 драмов.
В этом году правило начнет действовать с 10 декабря.
Всесезонные шины не будут считаться зимними, а зимние шины в свою очередь должны иметь протекторы более 4 мм.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
