Соглашение о всеобъемлющем стратегическом партнёрстве между Россией и Северной Кореей подписано в июне в Пхеньяне президентом России Владимиром Путиным и главой КНДР Ким Чен Ыном в Пхеньяне. Договорённости включают взаимодействие в оборонной сфере.
