До 26 декабря на проезд отрезков между пунктами взимания платы отводился один час. После того, как скандал вылез наружу, ОССП (Аркадий Ротенберг), эксплуатант трассы, увеличил время проезда ещё на час.
Если надолго остановиться в кафе, возиться с проколом или засесть в туалете (вдруг живот прихватит), есть риск не уложиться в отведенные два часа и получить штраф (до пяти и более тыс. руб.) при норме оплаты участка в 400-500 руб.
«Автодор» об этом не предупреждает – условия зашиты в глубине договора оферты. Предупреждаем мы – будьте бдительны.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
