И всё: не видать ничьих следов вкруг того пустого места.
Вывод: храните деньги в сберегательной кассе тексты в бумаге и библиотеках. Так хоть какие-то шансы.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
