Ставка после достижения пика в 22,28% в середине декабря прошлого года (еще перед решением ЦБ сохранить «ключ») перешла к снижению, незначительно прибавив в начале нового года, но затем снова снизившись. На фоне продолжения снижения доходности банками к концу января мы можем увидеть еще более низкое значение.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
