По слухам, Булатов тяжело переживал ослабление позиций Хабирова, а также высокую турбулентность в команде Главы Башкирии и пристальное внимание силовиков, отметившихся задержанием двух высокопоставленных министров — по строительству Кучарбаева и ЖКХ Беляева. Булатов вполне мог стать следующим — госзакупки Башкирии в сфере здравоохранения в период пандемии отнюдь не были безукоризненными, как и во многих других отраслях. Ущерб исчисляется миллиардами. Вспомнить хотя бы одну новогоднюю елку за 20 млн рублей.
В соседней Мордовии с отставкой правительства создают видимость борьбы, в Башкирии же только внешне можно судить об апатии со стороны высшего руководства. Внутри царит ужас от возможных новых задержаний силовиками высокопоставленных чиновников. Думаем, это будет интересно Замгубернатора

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
