Чиновник отчитался, что за основу взяли семь направлений: от развития транспортной системы, туризма, продвижения Евразийского экономического центра с расположением в Уфе, создания кластера беспилотной авиации и центра печатной аддитивной микроэлектроники до внедрения Специального административного района.
Все проекты с долгосрочным горизонтом планирования и обсуждаются последние три года. Их инициатором выступает лично губернатор Башкирии, рассчитывающий включить результаты сотрудничества с ЦСР в Стратегию развития республики – 2030.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
