Больше всего проблем с доступом к сервисам фиксировали в Москве, Петербурге, Новосибирске, Хабаровске, Владивостоке и Якутии. Замминистра цифрового развития Якутии Андрей Суслов связал сбои в работе мессенджеров с профилактикой, которую проводит Роскомнадзор.

Видимо, WhatsApp и Telegram уронили из-за протестов в Якутске. Там примерно 500 человек вышли на площадь после убийства их 26-летнего земляка уроженцем Таджикистана. Глава республики обвинил в напряжении провокаторов, «в том числе сидящих за границей». А якутские мужики разошлись только после того, как начальник из МВД поговорил с ними по душам ~~и пары-тройки задержаний~~.
