Рыбинский городской суд по ходатайству следствия отпустил под домашний арест сына председателя муниципалитета Ярославля Михаила Калинина, обвиняемого в даче взятки бывшим первому заместителю мэра Рыбинска Ивану Дубино, директору «Рыбинской генерации» Виктору Тамарову и другим должностным лицам администрации. Меру пресечения смягчили в связи с сотрудничеством Калинина-младшего со следствием.
19 декабря из СИЗО под домашний арест был отпущен Тамаров. Дубино находится под стражей.
