В Твери ликвидирована этническая преступная группировка, занимавшаяся обналичкой

Для этого они использовали фирмы-однодневки. Участниками ОПГ были двое бандитов: 40-летний Руфат Азимов и 38-летний Иса Джапаров. По версии следствия, они создали более сотни фирм-однодневок, через которые и обналичивали крупные суммы.

Уже возбуждены уголовные дела по статьям 187 и 173.1 УК РФ. Это - неправомерный оборот средств платежей и незаконное образование юридического лица.

Участников ОПГ отправили на отдых под домашний арест.
