الوجه السادس: ومما يفيد أن الآية بعدها: (لا جُناحَ عليهِنَّ في آبائهن)، فإن النفي الجناح استثناء من الأصل العام، وهو فرضُ الحجاب، ودعوىٰ تخصيص الأصل يستلزم تخصيص الفرع، وهو غير مُسَلَّم بها إجماعًا، لما علم من عموم نفي الجناح بخروج المرأة أمام محارمها كالأب غير مححبة الوجه والكفين، أما غير المحارم فواجبٌ على المرأة الاحتجاب عنهم. قال ابن كثير رحمه الله، في تفسير هذه الآية (٥٠٦/٣): "لما أمر الله النساء بالحجاب عن الأجانب بيَّن أن هؤلاء الأقارب لا يجب الاحتجاب عنهم، كما استثناهم في سورة النور عند قوله -تعالى-: (ولا يبدين زينتهُنَّ إلا لبعلوتهن)." انتهى. وتأتي الآية بتمامِها في الدليل الرابع، وقد سمَّاها ابن العربي رحمه الله: آية الضمائر؛ لأنها أكثر آية في كتاب الله فيها ضمائر.
