Сознательно разделяю кризисного психолога, который может брать деньги за свои услуги - кризис может быть и запланированный и экстренную психологическую помощь, которая оказывается безвозмездно. Клиентов разумнее во втором случае было бы называть пострадавшими, что бы избежать терминологической путаницы. Посмотрите какие там требования к психологам и волонтерам.
