There are different schools of thought when it comes to the intrigal parts of one's being in Germanic Faith.
Some say there are three, while others say there are nine. From my research, I have been able to discern twelve.
Ọnd: akin to breath/ vitality, one could also say potential or spirit.
Óð: these would be your senses of perception.
Lá: heat from within that keeps you alive.
Lito Góða: goodly-hue or healthy skin color.
Lík: the physical body which remains after death.
Hugr/Minni: thoughts & memories.
Hamr: akin to one's form, shape or blueprints that don't change such as sex, birthmarks etc.
Fylgja: commonly thought of as an animal-spirit of one's self/ family & is typically a guardian of sorts.
Hammingja: this is one's luck which is always present & can be built up or degraded through honor or lack thereof.
Læti: this is often translated as motive force or the actualizing of potential.
Họfðo: this is blood, but also one's genetics which ties to the ancestors & descendants.
Örlög: one's fate.

There are many ways to classify parts of Theology. I like to classify Theology into 3 distinct sections as High, Middle & Low. All of which is important, but this will be explained below:
High Theology: pertains to Gods, Higher-Spirits, Cosmology & Worldview.
Middle Theology: theological concepts relating to the person, such as the soul-complex as an example.
Low Theology: analogous to particular practices, not sacrifice, prayer etc, rather in relation to the particular way one does these things. Examples:
1. Both of us pray to a God, we may use different words or phrases, which would be classified as personal or tribal/ kindred ways, which may vary.
2. Some of us use Herbalism i.e. Folk Magic. Each remedy or spell, in proportion or otherwise, is going to vary between people and tribes/ kindreds.
The ordering of these is the order of importance. For example, calling someone out because they use different words in prayer to the same God is silly, but saying Gods are just archetypes of the mind, should be.

The concepts of support, safety, care, insight, symbols, and guardianship are vital.
Elhaz, or Algiz, symbolizes protection and is the strongest defense rune, acting as a personal shield for your home or vehicle while connecting you to the divine. It also represents success through effort, with plans progressing swiftly like a growing pine tree. The sharp sedge offers protection, urging you to stay alert and wise in your pursuits.
Though the journey may be risky, trust in your inner protection and act wisely. Algiz encourages taking calculated risks, but ensure your foundation is solid and avoid complacency.
