Изменился вызов, мирен колорит,
Удостоен приза, огонек горит.
Стал универсален, орден сохранил,
Сложен, не банален и, пока-что, жив.

Будь смелей и лучше, денег не жалей,
Не стесняйся кручи, скалы одолей.
Восхити студентов, преподов корми,
Ублажай клиентов, с ОКРом не тяни.

Есть задачи проще, их отдай другим,
У ядрёной мощи лозунг – «Победим!»
Процветай и радуй, возмущай других,
Умненьким нарядом, одари своих.

Будь же узнаваем, нужен и могуч,
Всё мы порешаем, не боимся туч,
Обуздали атом, кварки укротим,
Лазером расплавим, в космос полетим.

Здравствуй, непростое время поиграть,
Семя золотое ты не смей терять,
Сохраняй студентов, зажигай сердца,
Не до комплиментов – буря у крыльца.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
