Сегодня у нас в университете была конференция, посвященная интерпретации текста. Я снова рассказывала про ненадежного нарратора, про Челси Саммерс и Ребекку Куанг, про их талантливо и технически совершенно написанные романы. Мне задали целых пять вопросов! А это еще если учесть, что я выступала последней в самой последней секции! Очень приятно, когда удается так совпасть с аудиторией!
На фото — тема моего доклада, а еще я в окружении двух прекрасных ученых, с которыми я давно работаю бок о бок, Е.Л. Марьяновская и Е.Г. Логинова (мой научный руководитель).
А в комментарии — еще одна моя гордость: в "детской" секции выступали пять моих научных питомиц и научная питомица моей выпускницы, они говорили о современной литературе на таком достойном уровне, что мне очень хочется их всем показать.
Если будет запись этой конференции, то свое выступление я выложу, оно как раз подходит для формата блога.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
