Красноярское УФАС включит компанию «ПромСтрой» в реестр недобросовестных поставщиков
«Это значит, что компания, а также другие юридические лица, которые учреждены или будут учреждены нынешним собственником ООО "ПромСтрой", не смогут в течение двух лет участвовать в государственных и муниципальных закупках. В течение трех дней сведения будут включены в федеральный реестр», — сообщил депутат Илья Зайцев.
При этом включение компании в реестр не влияет на уже заключенные контракты.
Напомним, в конце июня гендиректора «ПромСтроя» арестовали по делу о картельном сговоре вокруг ремонта дорог в Красноярске.
