Весной 2024 года в другой квартире Максима также шли обыски — он проходил по статьям "Незаконное приобретение, хранение, перевозка, изготовление, переработка наркотических средств без цели сбыта" и "Незаконное изготовление и оборот порнографических материалов".
В 1990-х Максим также был осуждён за содержание притонов и умышленное причинение средней тяжести вреда здоровью. Вдобавок к этому привлекался в советское время по статьям за изнасилование и групповое хулиганство.
