Банкнота посвящена Нижнему Новгороду и ПФО. На лицевой стороне изображена Никольская башня Нижегородского Кремля, на оборотной — Музей истории государственности татарского народа и Республики Татарстан в Казани, башня Сююмбике на территории Казанского Кремля, Музей археологии и этнографии в Уфе.

Также на этой банкноте изображены строящиеся технопарки Иннополиса.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
