Запрещенные вещества нашли у 33-летнего капитана полиции Руслана О., служащего оперуполномоченным отдела по борьбе с терроризмом. Его подвозил 28-летний Магомед-Башир О. на своей Kia Rio, когда их остановили в Кабардино-Балкарии правоохранители.
Во время дежурного осмотра Руслан вытащил из карманов пакетик с подозрительным веществом, высыпал его на землю, а потом громко и четко отказался проходить медосвидетельствование. Полиция ведет проверку.
