Также представитель Белого дома Джон Кирби заявил, что США готовы нарастить возможности по подготовке ВСУ, если Украина предпримет шаги для пополнения рядов.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
