По информации telegram-каналов, план «перехват» в регионах объявили после обращения жителя Орловской области. Он сказал: видел подозрительный пикап с украинскими номерами, который мчался в Белгород через Орловскую область делать свои диверсантские дела.

Спецслужбы среагировали и через некоторое время остановили Volkswagen Amarok в Валуйках.

Внутри находились двое мужчин: безоружные и перепуганные житель Курской области и его родственник из Купянска. По их словам, они ехали за вещами. После правоохранители ещё раз связались с заявителем и выяснили - мужчина просто отомстил за то, что водитель пикапа подрезал его на дороге.
