🔸یک مطالعه پیشگامانه درحوزه ایمونوتراپی برای سرطان‌های جامدی که گلیپیکان-۳ (GPC3) را بیان می‌کنند، هدایت کردند. این تیم، عملکرد سلول‌های CAR T تغییر یافته با پروتئین اینترلوکین-۱۵ (IL-15) را آزمایش کردند.
🔹تحقیقات نشان داد که اضافه کردن IL-15 به سلول‌هایT کمک می‌کند تا زنده بمانند و تکثیر یابند که می‌تواند عملکرد ایمنی‌درمانی‌های مبتنی بر سلول‌های CAR T را بهبود بخشد.
