Не на пустом месте, конечно — это бывший Инженерный институт, который вот-вот переименовали и перепрофилировали (приказ от 1 сентября этого года), теперь он полностью свернул в IT-направление. Наверное, будут соперничать с Университетом Иннополис по направлению ИИ, ведь искусственный интеллект сегодня в фаворе и на хайпе.
У руля нового института встал Дмитрий Чикрин, доктор технических наук, доцент. До этого руководил Институтом вычислительной математики и информационных технологий КФУ. ✔️@chakchakbag

Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
