В своем выступлении токаев пообещал завершить реформы и заявил что одним из приоритетов работы станет возврат всех нелегально выведенных из страны активов.
Токаев: «Казахстан продолжит осуществление сбалансированной, конструктивной внешней политики, направленной на защиту национальных интересов Казахстана. В фокусе приоритетного внимания будут находиться вопросы взаимовыгодного сотрудничества и стратегического партнерства с соседними государствами, Россией Китаем и братскими странами Центральной Азии». @ctrs2018

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
