Речь идет обо всех тех структурах, которые не имеют права на ношение оружия, и не только о Союзе добровольцев Еркрап», — добавил Акопян.
Проблема пополнения Вооруженных сил связана с тем, что акцент делается только на материальное обеспечение. «Тогда как в армии должны быть и люди, готовые служить Родине по идеологическим соображениям», — подчеркнул Акопян.
