Квартиры на Иркутском тракте, 193а мы впервые приобрели в строящемся доме при помощи долевого участия. Так получилось дешевле. Это опыт, который, несомненно, будем тиражировать дальше и применять для расселения жителей из аварийных домов. В целом работа в этом направлении за год проведена большая – по муниципальной и региональной программам мы переселили из аварийного жилья почти 2000 человек. Это рекордный результат. Темпы набраны, будем продолжать дарить радость томичам.
