Традиционная вторничная #СуБББега в Лужниках для меня началась в 6:30 утра. Я делал объемную работу - пробежал 15 км: первые 5 км самостоятельно в рабочем темпе 4:40-4:50, а потом 10 км в разговорном темпе 5:10-5:20 с Егором Сапуновым.
Егор Лаптев от нас немного отстал и пробежал 8 км, а с Пашей и Игорем мы встретились на дорожке, чтобы сфотографироваться. Они, думаю, сделали стандартные 6 км.
