Детский социальный центр Донецка провалил сроки подачи документов. Из-за чего попал под проверку и в сентябре 2024 года был привлечён к ответственности по статье 17 Федерального закона №27-ФЗ.

После моего запроса ситуацию рассмотрели центральном аппарате Социального фонда России. Было учтено, что на территории ДНР введено военное положение, а также отсутствие со стороны донецкого центра явного умысла на совершение правонарушения.

В результате предыдущее решение отменили.
