На этих территориях никого и ничего нет, не было и не будет - ни людей, ни дорог, ни электричества, ни строений, ничего. За редким исключением малюсеньких посёлков в транспортных узлах и местах добычи, часто существующих вахтовым методом.
Территории с населением менее 1 человека на 1 кв.км на всех картах лучше оставлять белыми!
Да и центр региона, который показывают на некоторых картах, лучше делать не географический, а по плотности населения. Тогда, например, центр Красноярского края уедет гораздо южнее.
