Республиканский дворец молодежи с трудом вместил всех собравшихся, которые собрались здесь, чтобы разделить с юбилярами праздничное настроение. Почетным гостем торжества был приглашен Председатель Парламента РСО-Алания Таймураз Тускаев. Вместе с ним к поздравлениям присоединились руководители парламентских комитетов Елена Князева и Асланбек Хадарцев, депутаты Сослан Дидаров и Алан Уртаев.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
