Как сообщил источник Alpha Newsв правительстве РФ, 11 декабря премьер-министр России Михаил Мишустин подписал распоряжение о внесении добровольного целевого взноса в фонд Всемирной продовольственной программы ООН на финансирование расходов, связанных с реализацией проекта по развитию системы устойчивого школьного питания в Армении.
Согласно распоряжению, Россия в 2024-2028 годах за счёт средств федерального бюджета потратит на питание для армянских школьников более 25 млн долларов США.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
