— Юлия Цветкова, художница и фем-активистка;
— Ирина Данилович, журналистка и правозащитница;
— Николай Петров, политолог, член научного совета Московского центра Карнеги;
— Михаил Соколов, экс-ведущий ликвидированной радиостанции «Эхо Москвы», ведущий «Радио Свобода» (признано иноагентом)

Кроме того, физлицом-иноагентом признан бизнесмен Евгений Чичваркин с формулировкой «осуществление политической деятельности».
