Жители близлежащих населенных пунктов потеряют урожай, который растили на своих полях и огородах. В ближайших реках погибнет рыба, на ее восстановление уйдет четыре-пять лет. Если утечка случиться ночью, то отравление получат большое количество мирных граждан.
