Ещё в 2021 году в Госдуму от Московской областной думы был внесен законопроект № 41446-8, устанавливающий административную ответственность для владельцев домашних животных за их ненадлежащее содержание.
👉 Вопрос в том, что с одной стороны сейчас требования к содержанию животных установлены федеральным законом от 27.12.2018г. №498-ФЗ. 👈 А с другой – административная ответственность за нарушения этих требований в КоАП РФ отсутствует. 🤷♂️ Обязанность есть, а ответственности нет.
Теперь ситуация должна сдвинуться: законопроект поддержан Правительством РФ и в конце сентября принят в первом чтении. 💰 Предлагается ввести штраф для граждан до 1 тыс. руб., для индивидуальных предпринимателей до 5 тыс. руб. А при повторном нарушении – до 3 тыс. и до 10 тыс. соответственно. #животные #штраф #законодательство
