Хотим обратить внимание на нерешенность на сегодняшний день вопроса со страхованием возводимых домов как на стадии строительства, так и готового жилья от военных рисков, рисков диверсий и терактов. Действующая госпрограмма не распространяется на жилищное строительство и покрывает только часть данных рисков. Мы направили предложения в ЦБ и Минстрой с предложениями по расширению программы.
По его словам, возможности финансирования новых проектов напрямую зависят от решения вопроса страхования.
