От российской стороны соглашение ратифицировал секретарь регионального отделения, вице-спикер Госдумы РФ Петр Толстой.
Документ включает пункты о реализации совместных проектов в партийном строительстве, развитии контактов между депутатами Московской городской Думы и Пхеньянского городского народного комитета, создании условий для укрепления контактов в сферах культуры, науки, образования, спорта и между молодежными организациями.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
