Интересно, что продажи в московском проекте идут уже 2 года, но внешность здания и интерьеры показали только сейчас. До этого загадочно обещали сделать «дом-картину». Кажется, у дольщиков могут возникнуть вопросы.

Застройщик говорит, что их вдохновила работа Малевича «Пейзаж с желтым домом» (последняя картинка в посте). Сходство угадывается едва ли. Но есть подозрение, что еще в референсах был любитель золота Андрей Симановский 😄
