Мероприятие прошло у Мемориала «Воинам-зауральцам, погибшим в локальных войнах и военных конфликтах во второй половине ХХ века». В мероприятии приняли участие ветераны боевых действий и участники специальной военнойоперации, представители ветеранских организаций, органов власти, силовых структур, кадеты, активисты движения «Волонтёры Победы» и юнармейцы.
