🔸 مهمترین چالش جهانی پیرامون ایران در سال‌های اخیر بحران هسته‌ای بوده و به یکی از مهمترین موضوعات مورد توجه سیاست خارجی قدرت‌های بزرگ تبدیل شده است.
🔹انتشار یک توئیت از سوی میخائیل اولیانوف، نماینده روسیه در مذاکرات هسته‌ای وین با رابرت مالی، نماینده ویژه آمریکا در امور ایران، خبرساز و موجی از انتقادات را به دنبال داشت. اینکه روسیه با کارت ایران برای منافع خود بازی خواهد کرد و در نهایت اعتماد به روسیه به ضرر ایران خواهد بود یا اینکه این جو سازی ها و به نوعی روس‌ستیزی نوعی تحت تاثیر قرار دادن ایران و وادار کردن این کشور به مذاکره مستقیم با آمریکاست، سوالاتی است که ما را به نوشتن چند خط از مواضع روس واداشت.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
