Так если все известно, то почему бы не заблокировать майнинг на уровне сети с помощью средств Роскомнадзора в определенных регионах и поставить до 15 марта 2025 года большую жирную точку (хотя ВПН никто не отменял), если это действительно нужно? Или все таки эти ППРФ просто для галочки и отдана команда: майнинг стой, ать-два?
