Госдума в первом чтении вводит административную ответственность за продажу детям энергетических напитков
Депутаты Государственной Думы приняли в первом чтении законопроект, который предусматривает установление административной ответственности за розничную продажу несовершеннолетнему безалкогольных тонизирующих напитков, в том числе энергетических.
Для граждан штраф составит от 30 тысяч до 50 тысяч рублей, для должностных лиц от 100 тысяч до 200 тысяч рублей, для юридических – от 300 тысяч до 500 тысяч рублей.
Ранее ГД ввела запрет на продажу энергетических напитков детям на всей территории России. Запрет вступил в силу с 1 марта.
По словам Председателя ГД Вячеслава Володина, среди молодежи каждый второй потребляет энергетики. «Вред таких напитков доказан врачами. Энергетики повышают риск гипертонии, развития ишемической болезни сердца, диабета и других заболеваний», — заметил он.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
