Тем удивительнее как ситуация обернулась к началу августа. Каждый пятый объект уже завершен. Еще около 30% - в высокой степени готовности. Готовность 40-60% у 52 проектов, менее 30% готовности сегодня по 87 проектам. Именно так отчитался перед врио Евгений Чуркин, курирующий программу.
Сможет ли глава региона соблюсти обещание и построить все не позднее октября, мы увидим совсем скоро.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
